I am not a computer wizard. That being said, a while ago I bought a new home security camera system that came with its own code factory installed. In order to change the code to one of my choice, I had to input their code first. Their code was found in the instruction manual.
Google may also be helpful as the maker of your computer may use a standard factory installed code. Good luck
