Good advice from 442w30...if it has an oil cooler it's a 428 SCJ and they came with either 3.91's or 4.30's. It looks like it might be a 4 speed and if so, would have had a top loader (big input/output shafts).
The formal roof Cobra's are cool cars and for some, much more desirable than the fastbacks. The factory HP was underrated @335, torque @ 440 lb. ft. Back to your question about value as is...without engine or transmission and depending if it's solid...I'm guessing 8-10 K. It
