The original question is based on 1970 Models.
I was under the impression that all 69 Lemans GTO models had the Seat Divider Mounted Blower. Am i wrong here? Are you saying that you have seen 69 Chevelle models come with both styles? Still thinking that VERY EARLY 69 built 1970 Models received the Seat Divider Blower and at some point early on they switched to the package tray mount... Still hoping for a couple more examples to make sure....
