Roto Lug was the Appliance name, available Center style also Eccentric as below pics. Try the Z-Car also Opel guys...maybe Lynn's bottom toolbox drawer?  Not Roto Lug but ceck out the offset studs as last pic, anyone here ever used these? Best of luck Jason!  ~ Pete .
