5th gens are good, reliable cars. I just sold my 2015 SS 1LE with 104k miles on it. Only thing I changed on it were brake pads and rotors. Everything else mechanical on that car is factory original. Clutch included. One of the best cars I've ever owned. It was my 4th 5th gen and I would buy another one in a heartbeat.
Like with every other used car, just look for one that you can tell was well taken care of. There are plenty out there that have been ragged out and it's usually pretty easy to spot those.
