He didn't actually pen the article, he just cut it up and put it online again. It was originally shot and written up by Eric Rood for Roadkill Magazine. They recently closed the Roadkill.com website, so they are moving stuff over.

That's nowhere near the rarest cars we've had in there! That's just the cars from the 2017 section. We've had a lot rarer through the years!
