Picture is from about 1972. John C, Mishawaka Indiana normally ran G/MP, but on this day the 287 cubic inch 57 Nomad was running F Gas. Truck was a factory built 1959 Studebaker three door crew cab that had been repowered. It had a 427 big block Chevy and a two speed rear axle. J.C. purchased the truck from a circle car racer that liked to go places in a hurry. Top speed was well over a hundred, even fully loaded.
