Supporting member question

After way too long, I finally decided to become a supporting member of this great site (sorry it took me so long).

Seeing that another member was kind enough to post a link to my car for sale I also thought it only right that I support the site.
How long does it usually take, once you have paid via Pay Pal, to be able to comment on items listed for sale?
