I have one very similar, but newer on my honeybee farm.
 (similar truck) Mine is a Mitsubishi and still a RH drive model. Works great hauling things around the farm and the drop sides are good for loading the hives onto the bed. Takes some getting used to shifting with your left hand. All in all a fun little 4x4 truck that's cheap and tuff. /Rich
