I've run the Moser C-clip street axle in one of my cars for at least 20 years that makes right at 600 hp and tq. Weighs 4108 lbs. with me in it and cuts 1.5x 60 foot times. They haven't broke yet. They weren't all that expensive back then either. Not sure what they cost now but they are a pretty nice non taper axle that installs like a stocker.
