I'm an architect in Georgia and can say that work is really picking up. One developer client told me they are moving quicker to start project since material cost and interest rates are rising and there was no expectation of costs going lower in the near future.
Most contractors I speak with are very busy and able to pick and choose what they pursue. Todd
