I've used Forward Air Cargo for several large shipments, subframe, engine and a TH400. Prices were reasonable and service was good. Item has to be dropped off at one of their depots and paid for in full with money order before shipping.

It has been 3 years since I last used them. By the way, I don't think any of their stuff goes by air, it is trucked.
