The B stands for "Bada" which is the wheel weight manufacture (model name or style name being "Micro").
As far as I know from the NCRS judging guidelines either type or a mixture of both are widely acceptable for Corvettes circa 1960's - 1970's. I have tons of Micro weights and like you have a mixture of both types. Best, Dave
