Shooters Solution is who I use for parkerizing solution. Their website is funky but give them a call.
Zinc Phosphate gives a more silver / Grey tone while Manganese Phosphate give a dark tone. Temperature is critical, 195 to 200 is the sweet spot I shoot for. Different hardness / carbon content steels will take color differently.
