Default 69 Camaro Nova l78 turbo 400 brackets???

I have some questions on these 2 brackets I have pictured. The small one has no part number, but it looks like the control bracket for 67 and I believe 68 for the turbo 400. this also may be turbo 350. It does have a black painted stripe??

The larger bracket has part # 3909630 on it. I went and looked at one of my 69 Camaro parts book and it came up as special hi performance 396. I look at another book and it came up as 69 Nova with special high perfmance 396. The bracket looks like the ones used on quadrajets.

Did gm use this bracket on the holley carb as that was the only carb used on hi perf engines? I don't ever remember seeing this bracket on a 69 but then again, Im getting old.

Thanks again for the help.
