Not sure I understand the &quot;lot of head to tame down&quot; comment. It's 422 ci. How does that runner CSA compare to a L72 427 rectangular port head? I'll bet it's still a much smaller port to feed the same size engine. If you cam it right, I don't see why you couldn't have a civil engine with those large ports.
