Bob,
No washer between stud and intake. Lock washer and nut to hold both tcs and brake tube to the studs. Both of those studs used a flanged nut design on the stud so no washer needed. Even the passenger side front location stud for the alternator brace which is a short hex no shoulder style nut does not use a washer to the intake. Chris
