1986 Monte Carlo owner’s manual packet, $15 plus the ride.

Mystery part! I believe this to be a GM G-body interior door window fuzzy, or whatever you want to call it, for the passenger door of a two door. I think I obtained this for my 1981 GMC Caballero. Part # 20208434, $20 plus the ride.
