Hi supercomp 8.90,
Would it be possible for you to ask this mid 70's owner of this car if he remembers what Chevrolet dealer YS 8030 was purchased from? Did he remember seeing any paper work with the car? The reason I ask is that YS 8030 was one of those six cars that was confused with the 1967 Yenko information when they were transcribed from the original records. YS 8030 is on the same line as a 1967 Camaro 7N241523, Bolero RED, and sold at Indian River Chevrolet. I can't help but to think that ALL this information on this line might have belonged to the 67, and Bolero red was a 67 color. This makes me think that the dealer information (Indian River) went with this 67 also. I saw that the owner was in Sarasota. I thought he might shed some light on the subject! YS 8030 could have been from Indian River also, BUT, it was not written in stone, and the actual dealer might be unknown. The dealer for YS 8030 is not on the newer 1968 Yenko registry list. Thank you for any information that you may have, or get. Thanks, Bryan
