that I want to do the same with. There is an outfit in Youngstown, OH that will put a ceramic coating on your headers and then apply the VHT Flameproof ceramic coating (SP114) over top of this. He used to have a one-step process that the Supercar Workshop boys used to get that is no longer available. Grady B. ("1969grb"
has used these guys and may chime in. I know that is a haul for you but you may be able to find someone local willing to do the same.
