Thank you all for your kind thoughts, and prayers. It's was a tough struggle for her mom with breast cancer, and then lymphoma. She was a devout Catholic, and found strength in her faith. I'm sure she was accepted into heaven, as she suffered enough over the years being a Cubs fan.
