Don't bother with emails or calls. You will have much better results sending a certified letter directly to the CEO of a corporation. You can get their corporate address via googling the company. I recently had a horrendous experience at a car rental car outlet, out west. When we got home from vacation I sent an 8-page letter to their CEO at corporate headquarters complete with photos of the 3 hour line, witness contact information, and statements from other customers there with us, who heard the manager threaten the customers if we called customer service on them. I sent the certified letter with tracking and a signature request. Forty five minutes after they received it, (according to the online tracking) I got a call from the CEO apologizing profusely, who immediately refunded half my rental. They also sent a team of investigators to experience for themselves what happens there. They ended up sacking the entire staff who were operating like a rogue bunch of pirates, intimidating and overcharging customers. Very satisfying to know that the guy whose name was at the top of the company list, got directly involved once he knew what was happening at the street level. </div></div>
I apologize for hijacking this thread, but the above post helped me with a recent visit at a very large tire retailer out here in the southwest. Within 24 hours after my letter to the CEO was received, I was contacted, my issue addressed, and they actually exceeded my expectations!
OK, hijack over.
