Too many great, original cars get re-painted and/or restored......which, to me means.... wrecked. I would not paint it!
I have survivors and restored cars.....and cherish the survivors the most.....because......they survived! Only original once. If you can't live with the rust holes - find a true magician that can fix those areas only.
