re; other suggestion.
I had the same oversized hole problem on my SS wheels, If you do not mind the chrome lug nuts work great, they have more surface area. I used a set from Summit on my son's wheels.
I made the pictured washers from grade 8 3/8" washers in a arbor press with a long drift punch and a socket. Ran them for years and they hold the wheel torque without distorting. Hard to even see when installed.
