9= 1979 Model Year
0= Corporate Shared~means it wasn't intended for one specific GM division.It could have come in a Pontiac full-size as well as a Olds/Buick full-size as well as Chevrolet.
B= Full-sized vehicle
FMT= AM/FM Stereo 8-Track player
1= 1st Electronic Design
