That one is a little rough so about $20 max.
I had about a dozen of those a few years ago and I averaged about $40 to $80 each depending on better conditioned ones than the one you show there.

The bolt is also a Weatherhead Emblem along with the one on the Ear/Wing Arm and the other side of the arm should read 94.
