It looks vaguely written to the L-34 Chevelle with the std.3:31 mention,as the 3:55 was the the std. for the L-78 Chevelle.
And the incorrect 4:11 option,(really a 4:10),was not possible on an L-34 350HP Chevelle,but was on the L-78 & the LS-6,which hadn't come out yet.

I was just agreeing with you Ken.There were so many errors written back then by so many,who seemed to not really do much research.
