This car was built too early for the rear sway bar...you will note the date on POP [11/69]...the Nova rear sway bar made its debut in the spring of 1970.

Officially, Jan of '70 - so in order for the car to have a RSB it needs to have been built after Jan of '70. </div></div>

Have you ever seen a Jan. or Feb. with Rear bar? I think it debuted later.
