The idea is to put ebay auction notice links & yes,include craigslist links too,in their own shared forum.
Let the Cars & Parts for sale classified ads here be just that.
eBay & CL ads are for the most part,defunct within a week.Why should those bump a longer active classified ad down when posted,and then be defunct 7 days later while the classified item is still for sale looking for a buyer,and buried under old ebay & CL notices that have dried up.
If Ebay & CL ad posters were steered toward posting in the lounge only,that would work too,but it doesn't look like they are doing that,or are aware of it.

..just a suggestion.
