Dave , I'm pretty sure for the 69 NHRA Season , the Shield pictured here was Outlawed and LAKEWOOD had the 1 piece bell with sight hole and Louvered Block saver.
A few years after that, around 73-74 ish.,,,the sight hole was outlawed as well....these both had a larger wrap around flange &amp; the holed ones had Square welded on nuts for the block saver. Newer ones had Hex nuts welded on and the even newer ones had just holes with a smaller flange.
