That VIN is not on the Yenko list and the color is not correct for the Deuce...

As for the 010 block and 186 heads...these were the same casting numbers as the 300hp base L48 engine. The only difference was the LT-1 motors had 2.02 intake and 1.60 exhaust valves plus the screw in rocker studs (the double hump casting mark was the same)...the block was the 4 bolt version in either case...

The only way to tell for sure what motor you have (original application) is by the deck stamp on the pass. side front of the block...that will tell the story. Lots of parts can be changed and moved around in 40 years...get some more info...post some pics.
