I don't think this subject has ever been discussed here but I am working on getting good information about the different Drain Petcocks Chevrolet used.
I recently got a stash from a rad shop that closed down and did some searches on Google, Ebay and old Forum discussions and came up with this info. -1964 to about 1967 used Petcocks with an embossed line across the ears with no manufacturers markings. -1968 to 1970 used Weather Head Petcocks with the #94 on one ear and the unique Octagon logo with the arrow across the "W" on the other ear along with the same logo on the nut. -Late 1970 and on Eaton Petcocks were then used do to a manufacturers change in the year. These also had the #94 on one ear and a unique Eaton logo on the other year and nut. Let me know if you guys know any info on these petcocks and ad it hear. Not >>> all the ears face the motor side and all the petcocks have a drain nipple, the one you see without a drain nipple has broken off.
