Why dont USA Titles, being a legal document, have engine numbers on them? Its just stupid.Im surprised that the USA DMV dont recognise these issues.Causing your problems that even a court of law cant prove [DOH]

In Aust anyways, All titles show the car's owner details,the model,year, make, VIN AND Engine number. If you remove an engine,you are required to have the engine number inspected at the DMV and a title re-issued with the correct details.
If someone steals your car for the engine,or if another car is re-registered with your engine , even years later, the engine number can be traced.
