Mecum Kissimmee Gold 69 COPO - Thoughts?

Considering this car but wondering the shifter handle appears incorrect. It looks flat instead of round. Any why an aftermarket battery in such a nice restoration? Is the 120 Speedo correct or should it have a 140MPH? Does anyone have any more info on this car? Not sure the colors Gold/green are the best choice for an investment... Thanks
