Default Re: Wanting advice on wheels & tires for the 69

My vote is for OEM 14" SS wheels and bias-ply tires! I was in the same boat about a year ago. Here's my car when I got it with 15x8 rallys with '67 caps and 255 60 15s. And now with original 14" SS wheels and bias ply G70-14 tires. Eventually I will get some repro wide ovals, but these old bias ply tires were on the wheels when I got them and are in great shape so I left them on for now.
I LOVE the stock look with bias plys!!! Tradeoffs are the car doesn't ride quite as nice but certainly tolerable, and no traction as previously mentioned.
Before:15x8 rallys with '67 caps and 255 60 15s

Now: original 14" SS wheels and bias ply G70-14 tires
