We made the trip from that far a couple of years ago and yes it was well worth it, tire blow out and all. I bought a ton of parts and had to pass on many due to size limits (like the mint Chevelle frame for $150!! The cars were great to look at and the Solid Lifter show was awesome and worth the drive all by itself.
