That's not a 1969/70 Cowl Ind. air cleaner at all,but it is for a Chevrolet.
The bar code is a big indentifier,as those were heavily into use by the early 1980's.
That air cleaner is for a 1982-83-84-85-86-87 Camaro & Firebird,(Not Trans Am) with a 4bbl. carbureted,(Not Throttle Body),LG4 305cid. 5.0 liter.
