Idiotic Wells Fargo response to my complaint

I closed my wells Fargo account because there is never a person at the bank you can deal with long term , there is constantly new employees. I got severly pissed when they charged me on my statement "5.00 cash counting fee "?? What the Heck!! I had deposited over 5,000 in cash that month & that"s why i recieved that charge is what i have been told. Needless to say i switched banks & have vowed to never again deposit cash into any bank , but just my safe now matter how poor my account looks.
