Car has been around. I believe it is Billy Hahn's old car that he restored. Was discussed here on the Site a couple years ago. If a car has 300,000 or 3,000 miles, a frame up cancels all that. Again that is MO because what is left of the 3,000 mile car or a million mile car after a complete frame off/up??
