Reliable delivery timeline may be missed, advice?
I helped to put two people together on a gar and it is being shipped via Reliable. As you can guess, the new owner is anxious for the car to arrive.
For the last week, it has been sitting in the MI terminal. Car was supposed to be here no later than the 23rd of this month. It does not appear to be happening. When we requested a reasonable forecast on when the car would arrive, the were unwilling to commit to another date. When we asked if there was any discount for cars being delayed, the fellow on the phone said "No" but seemed to be stammering on both questions.
Does anyone else have any advice or experience on how to handle this situation?
