The numbers de-code as follows The 3946052, block casting number designates the block as a ZL-1 aluminum 427 The T0507ME Engine Date Code T= Tonawanda Plant 05= May 07=7th day ME= 427/430hp, M22 Trans, ZL-1 Perf Package The 3 4 69 casting date code 3=March 4=4th Day 69=1969 195=??? All these numbers help determine what the engine really is, the car the engine was originally planed to be use in and the dates it was made. That’s very important to a lot of people. People want to make sure they are getting what the seller says they are getting and the dates, cast numbers etc help verify that. Other than the pistons are the internals all stock?
