Reggie's rebodied ZL1 was over $300k with buyer premium.

As for your opinion - I tend to not agree. If the car was originally built and sold as a Yenko then it will always be one. Despite the fact that it is missing drivetrain, it is still a genuine car. The best thing to do with a car like this is to restore it as close to OE spec as possible.

As for why the bank got the car - I was told that the car was used as collateral on a commercial line of credit that was defaulted. This was followed by a very difficult process to get the car that took over a year.
