There is a thread on a sports card forum about something similar to this. The guy sold a $2000 professionally graded card on Ebay. The buyer busted the card out of the case and replaced it with a fake card. He then filed a claim saying ith card was not as described. Of course Ebay sided with the buyer and had him ship the fake card back to the seller. Ebay refunded the money. The seller now owes Ebay $2000 and is out his original card.
