Your tach was issued as an accessory 1st in 1967 for same vehicles. I think the one on ebay is actually the same as yours,being an #099,not a #716. The #716 replaced it during late 1968 for '69. I believe the grain on the case is the difference between the two.One smooth '67,the other is pebble '68-69. [/ QUOTE ] Thats correct except the 68-69 one has the GM logo instead of the Bowtie. also. Thats a good price for that tach. I just sold one last week on ebay for 660.00 and a nos one these days goes for over 1000.00. You got a good deal on that tach.Most times Ive seen them used is on 69 Impala SS cars because no Factory Tach was offered. ![]()
