[ QUOTE ]
It is going to cost you more than your deposit to get a lawyer involved and once you win a judgement you still have find a way to collect. I learned that lesson from one of our past sellers on this site a couple of years ago. Another time about four years ago I paid $1,500.00 for a pair of aluminum heads on an auction thru e-bay I never received the parts and I never got my money back. The seller filed BK and stiffed a bunch of people. There was nothing we could do legally and Ebay was no help at all. I still buy on the internet but I go in knowing I am taking a chance. Where is the seller located? [/ QUOTE ] I guess we take a chance every time we buy..when I ordered they were quite busy on e-bay..I needed a special kit so I called and ordered it..Ill try the post office and see what happens..and my motor is still not done..know any good suppliers for a rotating assembly? ![]() Island Lake, Illinois, United States is stated in his old e-bay add.. http://www.gofaststuff.com/
