Although I don't know the 5J Suffix, some Canadian cars had unique Suffixes and we've discussed them here briefly in the past..
Most were Numeric/Numeric but some were an Alpha/Numeric mix.. The Gibb Novas had an Alpha/Numeric Suffix too!.  ~ Pete
