I have only seen Red on Yellow.

I can do this one for you. BE on this style sticker is 69 and earlier. 70 would be CBE on a card tag.

According to CBN
3.73 Posi = COZ
3.73 Non Posi = COY or CRD
4.10 = CRE or COO
