Gas pump resto advice

Need a new project & was thinking about restoring a 50's vintage gas pump for the basement rec room.

I've watched the prices of the finished pieces, but thought it would be fun to do it myself.

What's a good price for a decent pump that's not all rotted apart? Where's the best place to look for one?

There were a couple in FLA (Ebay) at about $500.00 with an estimated shipping cost of about $300.00. Is that a good deal? Looked complete.
