About three weeks ago I purchased a Weber Q220 Bar b q. As they are in big demand I was only able to purchas the floor model.
When I went to use it 2 weeks later (at our ski/summer place) I noticed the ignition button was missing. I went back to HD last Thursday to ask if they removed them from the floor models or if it just fell off and could they orer a new one. The first clek I spoke with refereed me to another fellow who looked after parts ordering for all departments. I described the problem and he reached into his pocket and pulled out an ignition button and asked if it could be the one. I had no idea as mine was missing and they had no more in stock. He said he found it on the floor in the BBQ display about two weeks earlier and was going to throw it out,but put it in his apron pocket. It was the right starter button!! Too cool of a coincidence!
