His was sold brand new in Il.,so no.
Very early assembled 1970 Chevelles/Elcaminos/Monte C. used all rubber TCS vacuum lines,while later had partial rubber beginnings w/metal in between do to safety issues. I don't know what assembly practices 1970 Novas/Camaros followed.
